At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase; however, due to the custom nature of our products, returns are subject to specific manufacturer guidelines and restocking fees.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days, as custom-cut fabrics and certain wallcoverings may be non-returnable.

Request a Return Authorization

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all returns and ensuring your account is credited correctly.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
